The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each project are agreed in writing, through a proposal, quotation or email, before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

3. Payments

Fees, the payment schedule and any advance payment are set out in the proposal. Late payment may result in work being paused. Fees for work already started are generally non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, content, approvals and access in a timely manner. Delays on your side may affect project timelines.

5. Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We keep ownership of our tools, templates and pre-existing materials, and we may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. Third-party platforms

Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta and WordPress. We do not control their policies or algorithms, and we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or results.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the engagement private, except where disclosure is required by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Xenonn is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to that date remain payable.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
